Phone Trading

To provide clients with the convenience of trading, the internet is inaccessible to them, we have set up a special dealing hotline. If computer failure at our site and/or internet trading is temporarily suspended, using our phone dealing services will not incur any charges.

We do not recommend clients placing orders via phone dealing under normal circumstances, and in such circumstances trading via phone dealing may be charged a few pips higher than trading via the online trading platform. For each call order transaction, regardless of any lots, a handling fee of US$30 will be charged for new or closing orders. Phone dealing for setting or modifying limit orders, each order will be charged a US$10 handling fee. If the limit order is executed, compensation of the difference of US$20 will be charged. Cancellation of limit order is free of charge.
